We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Trading & CRO Assistant to support the continuous optimisation of our digital business. This role plays a key part in driving discoverability and conversion through effective site trading, search and navigation optimisation, and performance analysis. Working closely with the Merchandising team, you will help ensure site content is fresh, relevant, and aligned with trading priorities.
You’ll take a hands-on approach to daily site management, contribute to personalisation and algorithm optimisation, and provide actionable insights through reporting and analysis. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for digital trading and customer experience.
