Role Summary

We’re looking for a driven sales professional to support the growth of our international wholesale business across the UK and Europe. In this role, you’ll build strong customer relationships, open new accounts, and deliver sales targets while collaborating with creative, merchandising, and operations teams to bring our brand to life globally. It’s an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, working with an admired and respected activewear brand in a fast-paced, international environment.

 

NB: This role will require frequent travel around the UK and EMEA markets.

What You'll Be Doing

Sales:

  • Develop forecast and execute sales and merchandising strategies in conjunction with Directo of International Sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales and shipping goals by region and account.
  • Support distribution and sales of all products, and review with Director of International Sales to ensure all customer profiles/channels are in line with corporate standards for all divisions: Shoes, Intimates, Collection, Movement.
  • Presenting monthly collections for RTW and brand extensions (movement, shoes, intimates) to customers in a confident and professional manner.
  • Visit account base to ensure merchandising, pricing and placement is maintained.
  • Open new accounts which are in line with brand positioning (Specialty Stores) while strategically growing current businesses.
  • Checking, communicating, and actioning all product changes in accordance with merchandising logs.
  • Work with Creative Manager to develop market appointment, product, and trend presentations.
  • Manage order maintenance and offer replacements when necessary.
  • Perform weekly review of reorder opportunities based on selling reports analysis and inventory availability.
  • Oversee and execute the PO process for all accounts.
  • Work with Off Price accounts to keep close out stock to a minimum.
  • Work alongside the Operations team to complete the US to UK bi-monthly transfer.

 

 Product:

  • Project monthly buys by customer and region for all divisions.
  • Partner with merchandising to ensure specific product opportunities are identified and developed, this includes building monthly line plans, compiling reorder and special product requests and identifying size and price opportunities.

 

Operations:

  • Liaise with the Operations and Warehouse teams to manage the customer bookings for monthly shipments.
  • Liaise with Finance and Customer Service teams to ensure the accounts are serviced properly from account set up to monthly shipments.
  • Weekly touch base with Finance team to discuss all outstanding payment concerns.
  • Review bi-monthly US to UK transfers with team to submit within the deadline.

 

Branding/Marketing:

  • Partner with Creative and Marketing team to help promote brand.
  • Touch base with Creative Team bi-weekly to discuss opportunities and needs.
  • Develop pop up concepts with Creative Team for the appropriate accounts.
  • Work with Visual Merchandising team to develop selling guides for key accounts.

 

Leadership:

  • Support all levels of the team.
  • Foster a positive working environment and build comradery amongst the team.

What You'll Need

  • Passion for the health, fitness and lifestyle sector.
  • Wholesale sales experience within fashion, activewear, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and delivering on sales targets across the UK and/or European markets.
  • Experience in opening and developing new accounts (specialty stores, department stores, or distributors) in line with brand positioning.
  • Strong forecasting, budgeting, and merchandising skills, with the ability to build sales plans by account and region.
  • Knowledge of order management, PO processes, and inventory analysis, with the ability to identify and act on reorder opportunities.
  • Experience partnering with creative, merchandising, and marketing teams to deliver compelling product and trend presentations.
  • Familiarity with operations and logistics in a wholesale/retail environment, including shipments, account setup, and payment processes.
  • Ability to present collections and represent the brand confidently and professionally to external partners.
  • Strong understanding of the European wholesale landscape and an existing network of retail contacts is a plus.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to support and foster a positive work environment.
