Role Summary

As a Junior Retoucher, you will be working within our in-house creative team, responsible for

retouching and delivery of high-quality assets for both product page & creative projects, across

Anthropologie web pages, affiliates and in store.

 

Reporting into the Senior Retoucher, you will be an integral member of the Studio Team and will

work together to maintain high stands of quality and consistency across all brand imagery.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Responsible for retouching both Fashion and Still Life E-commerce imagery for the Anthropologie website, ensuring imagery is in line with image and brand guidelines.
  • Consistently meeting daily output targets, set by Senior Retoucher.
  • Responsible for delivery and archiving of all Anthropologie imagery.
  • Working with Senior Retoucher to create & develop post-production guides and workflows.
  • Assisting with email queries and completing image amendments.
  • Liaising with wider teams within Anthropologie, building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adhering to seasonal updates and creative direction from the Photography manager and wider Creative team.

What You'll Need

 

Experience –

  • This role would suit a recent graduate who is looking to gain experience within the industry.
  • Previous experience of commercial retouching is preferable.
  • An understanding of corrective ecommerce image editing for fashion and still life is preferable.
  • Proven ability to multitask and work to multiple deadlines.

Skills –

  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Bridge and additional related photography software.
  • Understanding and experience of Fashion and still life studio photography.
  • Highly organised with the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  • The ability to handle daily workloads with a systematic approach and technique.
  • A team player with strong communication and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads.
  • A strong eye for detail.
  • Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and drive new processes.
  • Positive and creative attitude to problem solving.
  • Ability to be flexible, reactive and think outside the box.
  • Strong knowledge of colour profiles and colour matching.
  • Proficient in Mac interfaces and use of Wacom tablet.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook & Excel.
