Role Summary

As Brand Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in amplifying Anthropologie’s brand awareness across Europe, with a particular focus on influencers, digital and physical partnerships and experiential activations. Supporting both the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and the Head of Brand Marketing, you will help shape and deliver standout multi-channel campaigns cross-functionally.  

What You'll Be Doing

Brand & Performance Influencer:

  • Build on your existing influencer knowledge across womenswear, interiors, lifestyle and the arts, building suggested cast lists for our ambassador programmes and campaigns
  • Support the Senior Brand Marketing Manager in end-to-end management of all influencer activity: relationships, contracts, briefing and product co-ordination
  • Ideation and co-management of experiential events, bringing our community of customers and influencers unique experiences that deliver brand awareness
  • Post-partnership analysis. Weekly, quarterly and monthly tracking against key metrics, reporting results and learnings to wider teams

 

Brand and Cause Partnerships:

  • Supporting the Senior Brand Marketing Manager on 3rd party partnerships, helping to identify opportunities and deploy campaign-aligned activations with brand-aligned across the lifestyle sector, both physically and digitally
  • Assist the Head of Brand Marketing and Senior Brand Marketing Manager in developing co-operative marketing activities, identifying opportunities in collaboration with buying teams, developing pitch decks, managing cross-channel briefs and post-activity reporting
  • Contribute to the brands CSR efforts – supporting activities with key global and local charitable and environmental initiatives

 

Campaign Management:

  • Supporting the Head of Brand Marketing in campaign briefing, ensuring cross-departmental briefs are clear and completed by all areas in line with deadlines

 

Retail Marketing:

  • Assisting the Senior Brand Marketing Manager in the briefing and delivery of all in-store POS
  • Contributing to the successful launch and ongoing marketing of new Anthropologie stores, helping to develop and execute opening plans, contributing ideas for awareness and footfall-driving tactics

 

Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this to inform strategies and highlight emerging opportunities.

What You'll Need

  • A proactive, positive and energetic attitude, you’re someone who gets stuck in, solves problems quickly, and brings ideas to the table with enthusiasm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for emerging talent and unique opportunities
  • Experience in a Brand Marketing & Influencer role (either in-house or agency) with a strong knowledge of the landscape and talent across fashion, interiors, lifestyle, and the arts
  • Good existing relationships with brand-aligned influencers and partners, plus a natural ability to nurture new relationships
  • Demonstrable experience in planning and delivering brand partnerships, awareness and performance-driven influencer campaigns and experiential activations
  • Strong experience tracking, analysing and reporting on both digital and physical activations
  • Naturally sociable and people-first, with a warm, confident personality and the ability to build rapport quickly both internally and externally
  • Super-organised whilst still being flexible, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
  • Digitally confident, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with performance-tracking tools essential, both native metrics and 3rd-party platforms (i.e. Dash Social, GRIN, Plot)
  • Creative and commercially aware, always thinking about how to drive awareness and impact for the brand.
