Role Summary

The main objective of this role is to provide administrative support to the Digital Trading Team, providing essential support to the Assistant Online Planner and Digital Trading Manager.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Reporting – running daily and weekly reporting. Communicating key findings from reports and sharing actionable insights with trading managers and wider teams.
  • Supporting AM/Manager with trade analysis – running and creating additional reports, providing summaries and useful data to support decision making.
  • Regularly tracking key products and key drivers within their category, sharing intake/restock dates and sharing with AM / Manager.
  • Support AM/Manager in promotional activity, including line list management, key call outs, stock levels and sharing with production teams.
  • Pre-order management – owning pre-order doc, working with buying and production to ensure styles on pre-order are managed efficiently and customer experience is optimised
  • Production support – sharing suggestions with production team to optimise products and categories across the site. Supporting with inventory queries, following through to fix.
  • CRM support – sharing key callout suggestions with the CRM team to support trade.
  • Liaising with buying/marketing/analytics and CRM on all trade related topics – being point of call for any admin related queries.

What You'll Need

  • Sound statistical & analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and prioritise workload.
  • Strong Excel knowledge
