Role Summary

The HR Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR team. This position is dedicated to providing excellent administrative support, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes.

What You'll Be Doing

HR Administration

  • Issue and track all contracts and new starter packs for retail management teams
  • Co-ordinate induction process for retail managers
  • Management of reference process for new hires and leavers
  • Issue letters for internal promotions and role changes
  • Conduct exit interviews with retail managers and compile data for exit summary reports as required
  • Compile monthly leaver trackers for payroll accuracy
  • Create and maintain personnel files (e-files)
  • Create and maintain job descriptions
  • Maintain organisational charts
  • Support in updating HR policies and procedures and other documentation
  • Produce monthly and Quarterly HR KPI report along with adhoc reports where required 

Learning & Development

  • Co-ordination and organisation of training courses and events (booking room, equipment, tracking attendees, material preparation)
  • Collating training feedback
  • Support co-ordination and roll-out of annual appraisal process
  • Involvement in ad-hoc HR projects as required

What You'll Need

  • Recent HR graduates or with less than 6 months experience. Candidates from other backgrounds with transferrable skills will also be considered
  • Understanding of basic HR processes and policies and a desire to expand knowledge
  • Previous knowledge of HR systems is advantageous
  • Ability to effectively manage high volume workload
  • Great organisation skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including high level of listening and analytical skills
  • Ensures confidentiality and protection of sensitive documentation and information
  • Good user knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook packages
