The Supply Chain Team work as an integral part of the fulfillment center team providing analytical firepower and support to the operational teams. Working across inbound freight, four wall operations and outbound transportation we ensure that the teams have the right information to allow for informed decisions to drive business results and customer value.
As a Supply Chain Intern, you’ll play a key role in this by taking data from multiple systems and transforming that into
usable business intelligence. You also run reports to help the teams identify performance issues, improvement opportunities and help the leadership team keep control of the ‘heartbeat’ of the operation. You will also have the opportunity to spend time in the world class facility measuring, analyzing, and reporting on operational performance.
This position is based in our Peterborough DC, 5 days on site.
• Support in daily, weekly and monthly reporting activities
• Preparing and analyzing datasets – Excel, XLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.
• Retrieving, questioning and cleaning up of multiple datasets
• Preparation of data visualization – graphs, charts and presentations
• Engaging cross functionally with team members to get required information for reporting cycles
• Creation of scorecards and other KPI analysis
• Assist the Industrial Engineering team with data collection and analysis
• You must be a recent college leaver, a 2nd year undergraduate student at a UK University undertaking an accredited placement year or currently working in one of our URBN Stores or DC.
• You must be available for 1-year full time from July 2025 until July 2026.
