Role Summary

This role sits in URBN, our shared service function, within the HR & Talent Department. URBN supports and works across all brands.

 

You will sit in the Retail recruitment team, successfully working with the business to fill roles as quickly and efficiently as possible whilst proactively sourcing, building a database and researching.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You will be responsible for identifying talent across the UK & Europe, building and creating a database and attracting these candidates to our brands.
  • Identify and track the very best talent in the industry, developing strong relationships with potential candidates. This will also include active market walking.
  • Manage the 360-recruitment process across Retail roles.
  • Building relationships with key line managers & stakeholders.
  • Guiding hiring managers through the process in each search, helping them to understand the market and key trends.
  • Coach and advise the wider business at all levels, discussing challenges and where we need to think differently to achieve the end result.
  • Being aware of market trends and key competitors.
  • Supporting with recruiting into new markets across the UK & Europe as we continue to expand with new store openings.
  • Provide ongoing support with our ATS, gathering feedback and proposing system enhancements where applicable.
  • Supporting on special projects as required by a Talent Team.
  • Attending career days and talks across our educational and charity partnerships.
  • Running assessment centres and bulk hiring store events.
  • Working with the team to produce monthly reports to a high standard.
  • Keeping up to date benchmarking data across retail.
  • Actively pipelining talent across key areas of retail.

What You'll Need

  • Recruitment experience within fashion / retail environment
  • Confident and great interpersonal skills
  • An experianced headhunter
  • Organised and able to balance a range of projects concurrently with a high attention to detail
  • Great at time management and setting priorities
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Technology and database savvy
  • Experienced with Microsoft packages – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc
